What is your cancelation or early termination policy for long-term packages or payment plans?
For long-term coaching packages or payment plans, I require 30 days written notice for cancelation or early termination. This allows adequate time to process the request and finalize any necessary arrangements. Important: Payments already made are not refundable. Any outstanding payments scheduled within the 30 day notice period will still be required. Upon termination, any access to resources or services associated with the package will be discontinued unless otherwise agreed upon.

What if I am unhappy with my progress or feel I haven't been helped?
I am fully committed to supporting you on your growth journey. I understand that coaching is a highly personal experience, and results can vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and effort. If you feel that my coaching has not been helpful or that you are not seeing progress, here's how we'll handle it: - Feedback Session: Before considering a refund or cancelation, I invite you to schedule a feedback session where we can discuss your concerns openly. This session is an opportunity to reflect on what's working, what isn't, and how we can adjust the coaching process to better support you. Often, simple adjustments to our approach, focus areas, or communication style can make a significant difference. - Coaching Review & Adjustment Plan: Based on your feedback, I will create a customized adjustment plan designed to address your concerns and enhance your progress. We will agree on a specific period (ex. 30 days) to implement these adjustments and closely monitor progress. - Final Review & Resolution: If, after implementing the adjustment plan, you still feel that coaching is not providing value, we will discuss potential options, including early termination as outlined above. Refunds are not provided for payments already made, but I am committed to ensuring that we do everything possible to support your growth and satisfaction.
