Doula Services - Cancellations & Refunds
At Revive & Thrive Coaching, I hold space for the full spectrum of pregnancy experiences with deep respect and care. If your birth plans change due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or medical complications that result in loss or early termination of pregnancy, please know that your emotional well-being is the priority.
Refund Policy for Unused Services
If support services have not yet been rendered at the time of loss, the following options are available:
• Full Refund: For clients who have prepaid for services not yet initiated, a full refund will be provided upon request.
• Partial Refund + Grief Support Option: Clients may opt to receive a partial refund and apply a portion of their payment toward one or more postpartum grief or emotional processing sessions.
• Service Credit: Clients may choose to defer their support services for future pregnancies or postpartum healing within 24 months of the original agreement.
Exceptions
• Any services already rendered (e.g., prenatal appointments, customized plans, preparation time) will be deducted from the total before issuing a refund.
• If travel was booked or materials prepared for an imminent birth, reimbursement may be adjusted accordingly.
