You'll receive individualized guidance on topics of your choice, such as preparing your body and mind, navigating prenatal care, to advocating for yourself and your baby and beyond. Additional Services & Package Add-Ons:
Custom Art - $297
Keepsakes are amazing, a personalized fully custom art piece is priceless. The mediums I work in are watercolor, acrylics, and pastels. Each piece is fully mounted and framed. You decide on the original the photo, typically yourself pregnant or postpartum, or a photo from your birth, and I provide the art. See postpartum example below. This is available for both in-person and virtual packages.
Therapeutic Assisted Streching - $497
This add-on includes 5 sessions, split however you’d like between prenatal and postpartum) with mobile Flexologist Justin H. He comes to you, either in your home with a table or with his completely mobile studio setup outside. Justin’s specialty is proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). PNF stretching can benefit pregnancy by safely increasing range of motion, easing back and hip pain caused by body alignment shifts, and improving flexibility in the pelvis to allow more space for the baby. By promoting better circulation, PNF stretches can also help reduce swelling, and by strengthening core and back muscles, they improve posture and mind-body connection for a potentially calmer labor. This is only available for in-person packages.
Aromatherapy/Essential Oils Labor Kit - $97
Bring calming, grounding, and uplifting support into your birth space with a hand-picked collection of safe, high-quality essential oils or aromatherapy scents. This kit is designed specifically for labor and immediate postpartum, with scents chosen to help with relaxation, energy, nausea, and emotional grounding. Each kit includes a curated set of scents safe for pregnancy and birth, and instructions for use and an explanation of benefits for each scent. This kit is perfect for families who want to set the tone of their birth space naturally, whether in the hospital, birth center, or at home. This kit is available for both in-person and virtual packages.

It’s never too early to hire pregnancy and birth support - but ideally you’ll want to connect by your second trimester to make the most of your prenatal support and ensure availability for your due date. On occasion I do take last minute clients if space allows, but it’s much harder to plan and educate yourself the longer you wait.

First, if you have Colorado Medicaid, your services are covered in full!
Second, a doula is an investment in your support and care through an extremely vulnerable and transformative time in your life. You are absolutely worth the investment in yourself. If there is something about the support that I offer that you would like to explore further to better understand why hiring me is beneficial, I would be more than happy to deep dive that with you!

At this time the only insurance I accept is Health First Colorado/Colorado Medicaid.
If you are using doula benefits from another insurance provider, I am able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out of network providers.
