Birth Rebels Class Series - Northern Colorado

BIRTH REBELS: BIRTH YOUR WAY; UNAPOLOGETICALLY EMPOWERED

A 4-part Childbirth & Postpartum Preparation Series

If you've ever felt like the standard birth class just scratches the surface (or has your hospital as the priority instead of you), you're in the right place. Birth Rebels is for birthing people and their partners who want to go behind the basics - learning how to make informed choices, advocate for themselves, and prepare their bodies, minds, and homes for one of the most important transitions of their lives.

Whether you're birthing in a hospital, at a birth center, or at home, this series will help you approach your birth and postpartum period with clarity, confidence, and unapologetic empowerment. Each session is evidence-based, interactive, and designed to meet you where you are in your journey.

Each class will also include special guest speakers from our local Birth Community (Midwives, Webster Method-trained Chiropractors, etc), and each attendee will receive a list of local resources for building their support team, planning postpartum care, creating a village, etc.
